PROVIDENCE, R.I. — Nortek Inc., a leading global manufacturer of branded residential and commercial ventilation, HVAC, and technology products, announced that Almon C. Hall III, Kevin W. Donnelly, and Edward J. Cooney have each been promoted to the position of senior vice president of Nortek. Hall’s new title is senior vice president and chief financial officer. Donnelly is senior vice president, general counsel and secretary. Cooney is senior vice president and treasurer.

Hall joined Nortek in 1977 from Arthur Andersen & Co. Donnelly joined Nortek in 1988 having previously been in-house counsel for Exxon Corporation and The Yankee Companies. Cooney joined Nortek in 2001 after serving as executive vice president sales and marketing and chief financial officer for Amtrol Inc.
