CALGARY, Alberta - More than 2,500 delegates from across western Canada and the northwestern United States will come to see all that’s new in the industry and do business with close to 200 exhibiting companies at CIPHEX West when the trade show and conference returns to Calgary on Nov. 3 and 4.

CIPHEX West will draw plumbing, hydronics, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and water treatment contractors and wholesalers. The show is produced by the Canadian Institute of Plumbing & Heating (www.ciph.com), with support from the Canadian Water Quality Association, the Mechanical Contractors Association of Canada, the Mechanical Contractors Association of Alberta, and the Canadian Hydronics Council, along with other industry associations.

In addition to the trade show, a series of seminars will feature industry leaders. Popular speaker John Siegenthaler will host two sessions on hydronics. Arnold Knapp will talk about copper’s role in renewable energy applications for commercial, industrial, and institutional (C-I-I) projects. Sidney Manning will update seminar participants on the Natural Gas and Propane Installation Code – B149 and changes in the National Plumbing Code expected to be adopted in July 2011.

CIPHEX West 2010 will be co-located with the Buildex Calgary show at the BMO Centre, Stampede Park, in Calgary, Alberta.
