WHVACR Gets Chicago Chapter
CHICAGO - The first official chapter of Women in HVACR (WHVACR) has been established in Chicago with 52 members. The chapter recently elected the following officers:
• President: Charlotte Flesher, sales estimator, International Piping Systems (IPS);
• Vice president: Jayne Guerrieri, field procurement manager, Siemens Industry Inc.;
• Treasurer: Michele Mele, controller, J.C. Power Control;
• Secretary: Rebecca Yassan, sales engineer, Steam Sales Corp.
The chapter plans to hold quarterly meetings and to host social, fundraising and networking events.
