• North American Technician Excellence (NATE) (Arlington, Va.) has announced the resignation of its president, Rex Boynton, and the naming of industry veteran David R. Pannier to serve as interim president.

• The Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) has promoted AHRI President, Stephen Yurek, to the position of CEO. His new title, president and CEO, is effective immediately.

• Moisture Control Services, a division of Munters AB (Glendale Heights, Ill.) has named Garrett Freeman as industry sector manager, North America.
