FMI, a management consulting and investment banking firm for the worldwide building and construction industry, has unveiled its 2008-09 schedule of programs and workshops. FMI offers courses on a full range of topics specifically designed for the building and construction industry.

This year’s lineup includes 15 programs in seven disciplines: business development, compensation, investment banking, leadership, project execution, strategy, and talent.

“With the growing exodus of the retiring Baby Boom generation, the demand for management and leadership training has never been greater,” said Ken Wilson, director of talent development at FMI.

The programs and workshops range in length from two to four days. For more information on any of the programs and workshops, contact Kathryn Robinson at FMI Corp. at 919-785-9211, or krobinson@fminet.com.
