BROADVIEW, Ill. - The Unified Group, an association of HVAC commercial contractors, will hold its 10th annual Owners’ Forum in Puerto Rico on Nov. 12-15.

In a time of economic uncertainty, the organization said that many of its members are looking for insight and guidance for the months to come. “We have asked our members to come to the forum with their executive summaries and 2009 strategic plans,” said Julie Bishop, executive director of The Unified Group. “We also have them bring one question to pose to the entire group. This is what makes our group different, you have one question and you get over 50 unique answers and people willing to help your business.” In addition to executive summaries and strategic plans, The Unified Group will also discuss the economic climate’s effect on the HVAC industry.

Formed in 1998, The Unified Group is an independent association of 51 of the country’s top HVAC commercial contractors, representing over $880 million in revenue. The group aids its members by providing training opportunities, exchanging information, sharing best practices, and negotiating purchasing agreements. It also serves as a network to pursue national and regional business opportunities. To learn more about the organization, contact Allison Rodgers at 708-774-0858.
