A growing percentage of The Dwyer Group’s franchise sales came from conversions, whereby independent owners and operators rolled their existing business into a Dwyer Group franchise brand for the benefits of national name recognition, collective buying power, preferred vendors, peer networking, and marketing and training expertise.
Bidwell added that additional franchises were sold through master license arrangements with other countries as well.
