Companies were judged on employee turnover, benefits, quality of work environment, compensation, and other areas that distinguished these companies from the average. Employees were required to complete an online survey that asked for honest feedback regarding their employer.
Companies were selected after judges reviewed nomination forms and the results of the online employee survey. Companies with more than 500 employees were asked to enter a division or department with fewer than 500 to enhance the credibility of the applications. Each application was scored by the judges and the average was combined with scores of the online surveys to determine the honorees.
This is the fourth year in a row that Russell’s Heating and Cooling has been selected in the top 25.
