LYNCHBURG, Va. - N.B. Handy Co., a leading distributor of HVAC
equipment and supplies and commercial roofing products, celebrated the opening
of its newest branch in Boca Raton, Fla., with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and
open house. Boca Raton Mayor Steven L. Abrams was on hand for the ceremony, in
addition to N.B. Handy President and CEO Mitch Reaves and Boca Raton Branch
Manager Palmer Young.
“Our new branch allows us to quickly and efficiently meet our
customers’ needs, as well as extend our reach throughout the region,” Young
said. “We are excited to be in Boca Raton as N.B. Handy’s south Florida
representative.”
During the open house, guests had an opportunity to tour the
52,000-square-foot sales and distribution center, as well as meet N.B. Handy
staff.
“N.B. Handy has served the HVAC, roofing, and sheet metal
industries for more than a century,” Reaves said. “Our branch in Florida offers
local contractors access to the knowledge and experience developed by our sales
and operations personnel over the last 116 years.”
The branch, located at 160 Yamato Road, offers a complete line of
HVAC products, including Kelvinator and Gibson equipment brands, as well as
Johns Manville single ply roofing products and its own Sentriclad architectural
metal products.
