HOLTSVILLE, N.Y. - Windswept Environmental Group Inc. announced that it has acquired Environmental Restoration of North Carolina, through both the purchase of certain assets and assumption of certain liabilities. Environmental Restoration has locations in Greensboro and Wilmington, N.C. In addition to its Disaster Recovery and Reconstruction Divisions, the Indoor Pollution Control Division specializes in the cleaning and decontamination of HVAC systems and associated ductwork. Environmental Restoration's name will remain the same, and the firm will become a fully-owned subsidiary of Windswept.

We have previously worked with Environmental Restoration, where they were a subcontractor to our subsidiary Trade-Winds Environmental on restoration jobs in Mississippi, Texas, and Louisiana.”
