CLIMATE ACTION TOUR 2006

The Climate Action Network is beginning its tour to find out what Canadians want in a Kyoto plan to address climate change. A series of workshops are being offered across Canada to design a climate action plan. The tour is part of the network's plan to get Canada back on the Kyoto track. It also has a virtual component and anyone who cannot attend in person can review the record of each workshop online and add their ideas to the discussion. A summary of the recommendations from the sessions will be presented to Prime Minister Stephen Harper later this year. For more information, visit www.climatetour.ca.
