According to the manufacturer, this allows the water to absorb more carbon dioxide, producing a beverage that is closer in quality to bottles and cans. The ice water bath also helps avoid the dilemma of summertime warm water conditions that can produce a “flat” or “foamy” drink, said the company. Available in 150 or 300 pounds of ice storage, the undercounter dispenser can be positioned in an island counter or away from the wall without restricting visibility.
