April 20, 2006: Danfoss Earns Scotsman's Gold Supplier Award
BALTIMORE - Danfoss, a leading supplier of components, controls, compressors, and systems for refrigeration, has been recognized with the Gold Supplier Award for 2005 by Scotsman, one of the world's largest makers of commercial ice machines.
The award, presented in conjunction with Scotsman's supplier plant tour and golf tournament, recognizes on-time delivery, quality performance, and inventory performance. Delivery and quality are the most highly weighted criteria.
Danfoss' composite supplier rating for 2005 was 65.9 out of a possible 70.
