Having served in senior level positions with International Environmental Corp., Rheem Manufacturing, and Heat Controller Inc., Shoulders most recently served as vice president and general manager for Xpediair Inc. He has over 30 years of experience.

Hein formerly served as vice president of international sales and marketing for LSB Industry's Environmental Group division and director of marketing for LSB's fan coil manufacturing subsidiary, International Environmental Corp. (IEC). Hein has over 25 years of experience.
