For the first time, Liquidity Services Inc., an online bulk liquidation business, will auction off a large amount of new surplus HVAC compressors, motors, coils, and various other heating and cooling parts and components.

The seller is a leading manufacturer/distributor of HVAC components and parts. Estimated at a retail value of more than $700,000, these products will go to the highest bidders, with every auction starting at $100 with no reserve.

The auctions start October 28, 2003 with a five-day preview period. Bidding begins on November 3, 2003 at www.liquidation.com.

"Its probably the largest online buying opportunity HVAC contractors have ever seen," commented Richard Rieman of Liquidation.com.

According to the company, Liquidity Services "helps rapidly convert surplus assets into cash. Our full-service marketplace, account management, marketing, logistics, and fulfillment services make selling surplus easy, convenient, and hassle-free."

Liquidity Services has two divisions. Its Govliquidation.com site deals strictly with U.S. military and Department of Defense (DOD) government property. The site sells everything from aircraft engines to camouflage pants.

The other division is Liquidation.com. Current sellers include some of the nation's largest retailers, the States of Georgia and Wisconsin, and large distributors and manufacturers. Buyers include retail, e-tail, import/export, distribution, and more.

All auctions open at $100 for the lot and there are no minimums and/or reserves. The company says it completes over 12,000 bulk sale transactions monthly.
