Honeywell has launched a new consumer Web site focusing on indoor air quality (IAQ). The new site, www.homeindoorair.com, is intended to educate consumers on the importance of air quality in their homes.

On the site's home page, Honeywell quotes an EPA report: "Air inside a home can be two to five times more polluted than the air outside. Considering that the average American spends 90 percent of their day indoors and breathes 3,400 gallons of air each day, it's important to understand and take steps to manage your home's indoor air quality."

The site also includes a "What's Your IAQ?" quiz.
