Jan. 31, 2005: Two Contractors Win 2004 Build Wisconsin Award

MADISON, Wis. - Tweet/Garot Mechanical, of Green Bay, Wis., and August Winter and Sons, of Appleton, Wis., were recently awarded the 2004 Build Wisconsin Award for their work on the Lambeau Field Redevelopment Project. This award was given by the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Wisconsin.
Tweet/Garot and August Winter provided all of the plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and temperature control work for the Lambeau Field project. The project consisted of more than 45 miles of piping, 2,600 new plumbing fixtures, 1 million pounds of ductwork, and approximately 2,000 tons of air conditioning, installed over a two-year period.
