Weis Markets, a Mid-Atlantic food retailer operating 190 stores, announced it has been honored with three U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) GreenChill Awards. The company was recognized for Most Improved Emissions Rate, Superior Goal Achievement, and Store Re-Certification Excellence.

Whole Foods Market has received the 2015-2016 Best of the Best award from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA’s) GreenChill Partnership for using an advanced, more environmentally sustainable refrigeration system at its Dublin, California, store.
