The company's owner and operator, Eric Andrus, along with his brother Bear Andrus, Sharon Tuttle, and Frank Calfetti, will join the Hercules team.

Their primary focus is producing fabricated PE fittings to meet the increasing demand for HDPE infrastructure across the United States.

Included in the sale are air distribution and movement brands Koch Filter, Titus, Ruskin, Kreuger, PennBarry and Tuttle & Bailey and their product lines of grilles, registers and diffusers, and more.

Rensa Filtration, a manufacturer and distributor of mission critical air filtration products, announced recently that it has acquired several businesses that provide distribution, sales and service of air filters to commercial and industrial customers.
