Attendees are selected from a pool of hundreds of professional tradespeople who enter the Ridgid Experience contest annually.

Ridgid has had a manufacturing presence in Ohio since the company was founded in 1923. The 27-acre complex in Elyria is the world headquarters for the brand’s operation and the company’s hub for innovation.

We Love STEM Day is designed to expose students to the roles that science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) play in their everyday lives and, potentially, in their future careers, the company said.
