TRC Announces 2017 Big Man On Planet Competition Winners

Thermostat Recycling Corporation (TRC) announced that Johnstone Supply, Tower Equipment Co. Inc., and Johnson Supply Co. have been named the 2017 Big Man On Planet (BMOP) winners. The annual competition among Heating Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Distributors International (HARDI) members recovered 370.946 pounds of mercury from collection bins during the contest period that ran from May 1 to Oct. 31.

(TRC) announced that its sixth annual Big Man On Planet (BMOP) competition begins May 1, in partnership with Heating, Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Distributors International (HARDI). BMOP will run through Oct. 31, and all HARDI wholesaler members are eligible to participate.

Big Man on Planet Competition Returns

TRC, HARDI members team up to collect mercury-containing thermostats
