DENVER – Hercules Industries announced that it has acquired Passage Supply Co., a distributor of HVAC products in El Paso, Texas. Passage Supply Co. also has operations in Las Cruces, New Mexio.
Family-owned and operated, Hercules Industries’ board of directors is comprised of siblings Paul, James, and William Newland, and Christine Ketterhagen. The company was founded in Denver in 1962 as a manufacturer and wholesale distributor of HVAC sheet metal products and equipment.
Hercules Industries, a Colorado-based HVAC manufacturer and distributor, has been honored as “Top Company” in Manufacturing by Colorado Biz Magazine for 2014.
