The 39,000-square-foot building is located in Roswell, Georgia, just 10 miles from the company’s corporate headquarters in Sandy Springs. Both Roswell and Sandy Springs are situated in northern Fulton County, part of the Atlanta metro area.

AHRI Files Motion to Intervene in NRDC v DOE Lawsuit

The Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) filed a motion to intervene as a defendant in two identical federal lawsuits brought in the Northern District of California. One suit was filed by the Natural Resources Defense Council and the Sierra Club; the other by eleven states' attorneys general and one city attorney.

Emerson Announces New Leader for White-Rodgers Business

Emerson announced that company veteran Craig Rossman has been named president of its White-Rodgers business. Rossman succeeds Jack Huether, who has been leading White-Rodgers while also serving as group president of Emerson’s sensors and controls businesses. In this leadership role Rossman will report to Huether. These changes were effective July 1.
