The Millermatic®
Passport™ is an inverter-based MIG arc welding power source, wire feeder,
self-contained shielding gas system, and gun all in one package. It provides 25
minutes of welding time (25 feet of weld on 3/16-inch-thick material with one
cylinder of gas).
ScaleBlaster
eliminates formation of lime scale deposits in water pipes, cooling towers,
boilers, and other equipment without the need of water softening equipment,
salts, chemicals, or maintenance. The system produces a unique, complex modulating frequency that causes deposits to lose their adhesive properties.
New units have been
added to the company’s bent tube unit heater line - a Hot Dawg-branded,
low-profile, bent tube unit heater with a 100,000- and 125,000-Btuh input.
These gas-fired heaters are designed for use with either natural gas or
propane.
The Nomaco®,
IMCOA®, and therma-cel® polyolefin insulation brands have
been approved by Lubrizol for use with FlowGuard Gold®, BlazeMaster®,
and Corzan® products. According to the company, its polyolefin
products contain no plasticizers or other ingredients that may harm or degrade
the properties of the CPVC pipe.
The RC-1625
ratcheting plastic pipe and tubing cutter has a large capacity and advanced
blade design that reduces the required cutting force. With a 1/2- to 1-5/8-inch
O.D. capacity, the ratchet cutter cuts plastic pipe and tubing such as PVC and
CPVC, as well as PEX, polyethylene, polybutylene, and rubber hose.
The Pro-Tough Series
of portable forced-air heaters, available in Reddy Heater and Master brands, is
easier to maneuver and more portable than traditional forced air heaters, says
the company. The heavy-duty, wheelbarrow-inspired design features ergonomic
handles and a 10-inch pneumatic tire.
QwikLug®
is a compressor terminal repair kit designed for all compressor brands, sizes,
and configurations used in industrial, HVACR, appliance, electrical, military,
and testing/monitoring applications. It is easily tightened onto spade-style
compressor terminals with front-access Phillips head set screws.
The RS 1500-120
Series of fractional-turn contactless rotary position sensors is designed for
measuring the angular displacement of rotating elements such as quarter-turn
ball and butterfly valves and airflow dampers. The sensors utilize contactless inductive technology to measure shaft angle
position.
The three-way
Characterized Control Valve (CCV) now offers expanded range with higher Cv
ratings, Cv ratings comparable to globe valves, and a more cost-effective
alternative. The valve has a Cv range of 0.3 to 83, which, according to the
company, complements the Cv range of the two-way CCV line.
Instead of adjustment screws, the Universal Thermostat type UT 72 is easily and accurately set with the knob on the front of the control. The thermostat has large, easy-to-read scale numerals. It is available for wall or panel mounting and has a capillary tube length of 10 feet.
