Green zone control dampers are powered normally open or normally closed 24 vac with an 88-pound torque motor; there is no wasted energy by springs to overcome or to be held open. The 204 Series water wall hot-water boilers are now available in the expanded range of 500,000-3.12 million Btu (input). The units offer an efficiency of up to 86 percent. It can be gas, oil, or combination fired; it is 1146.2 low-NOx certified on gas. It fits through a 36-inch doorway and uses no cast refractory material.
