HVACR distributor Watsco Inc. reported record results for the fourth quarter and the year ended Dec. 31, 2015. For the full year, the company achieved 4 percent sales growth to a record $4.11 billion (5 percent on a same-store basis).

Mestek Inc. has announced the acquisition of Turbonics Inc., Cleveland. Turbonics is a manufacturer of specialty hydronic fan coils and has been providing comfort solutions to the North American HVAC marketplace for more than 50 years.
