Honeywell has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Nest Labs Inc., manufacturer of the Nest Learning Thermostat, in the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. The lawsuit alleges infringement of seven Honeywell patents related to its thermostat technology.
Hartzell has announced the appointment of Sean Steimle as the new president of its Hartzell Air Movement business. He joins Hartzell after more than 13 years in the air moving industry. Steimle will report to Jeff Bannister, Hartzell CEO.
