Taco Inc. announced that it has completed a major upgrade to its indoor comfort system at its main facility in Cranston, R.I. The $3.5 million cogeneration heat/air conditioning system is said to represent the biggest investment the manufacturer has made in its facility since 1950.

Multistack USA has completed relocation of its corporate offices and manufacturing from West Salem, Wis., to a newly constructed 70,000-square-foot facility in nearby Sparta. The new facility, which sits on a nine-acre lot purchased by Multistack in May 2005, has more than twice the space of the West Salem location.
