Honeywell announced the results of its comprehensive portfolio review, including its intention to separately spin off its Homes product portfolio and ADI global distribution business, as well as its Transportation Systems business, into two stand-alone, publicly-traded companies.

Haberberger Inc. announced the addition of two new team members. Ben Haberberger, who represents the fourth generation in the 69-year-old family owned mechanical contracting firm, has joined as a project manager/estimator in the plumbing department. Additionally, Jennifer Wilson has been hired as a receptionist and will also be in charge of accounts payable for the company.

Rebecca Martinez O’Mara recently joined Grundfos Pumps Corp. as vice president of service for the Americas region.

Emerson announced that company veteran Craig Rossman has been named president of its White-Rodgers business. Rossman succeeds Jack Huether, who has been leading White-Rodgers while also serving as group president of Emerson’s sensors and controls businesses. In this leadership role Rossman will report to Huether. These changes were effective July 1.

Uponor North America named Jon Sillerud as vice president of operations. Sillerud joined Uponor in September 2015, serving most recently as senior director, operations. In this new role, he will oversee manufacturing; maintenance; quality; process engineering; and real estate, security, and safety.

On July 1, Danfoss welcomed Kim Fausing as its new president and CEO. Fausing, who for the past nine years has served as Danfoss’ chief operating officer, steps into the role after the planned departure of Niels B. Christiansen. In March of this year, Danfoss announced that Christiansen had decided to leave the company after nine years as CEO, and Fausing was appointed new CEO.
