The Pfix M4288 Series variable-frequency drive (VFD) controller is a self-contained field-mountable pump and drive controller designed as a supplement or alternative to PLC-based drive and pump control. The VFD control system (VFDC-17-A) has a menu-driven setup. The controller is easily customized to maintain and control suction and discharge pressures, levels, and flow rates, states the company. The controller’s features include fully scalable speed setpoint and feedback and fully scalable control varieties in units of pounds per square inch, percent, feet, inches, gallons per minute, feet per second, and hertz.
