“It makes the customer feel more comfortable when an employee is uniformed,” McKinney said. “They see that the uniform is labeled with a company’s name. Employees are easily identifiable when they are coming out to a residential location, and they are in a uniform that has the company name or brand name of the equipment. It’s just more professional.”
McKinney, a member of the Arcoaire Advantage Dealer Alliance, added, “We have complete uniforms with shirts, pants, and hats. Some of our uniforms also have the employee’s name on them.”
