In her role with ACS, Felsburg will focus on further defining and implementing a go-to-market strategy across the ACS brands and sales channels, ensuring that sales teams and channel partners have access to the full breadth of ACS’s products and sales tools to quickly identify the right solutions for their needs, the press release said.

Felsburg joins ACS with a track record of success across 25-plus years at a major HVAC manufacturer. Most recently, she led that company’s Texas/Gulf Coast region, serving as the vice president and regional general manager. In this role, she was responsible for aligning the organization to strategic initiatives that drove top-line growth and margin expansion for equipment, service, controls, and energy solutions offerings. Prior to this role, she was the company’s light commercial portfolio leader, overseeing multiple products across commercial, residential and parts channel distribution.
