He has primarily been responsible for the organic and inorganic growth of the contractor solutions segment. Before joining RectorSeal, Underwood held several positions at Goodman Manufacturing, including vice president of marketing, director of brand management, and brand manager for Goodman’s parent company, Daikin. He also served as a manager at the business consulting firm Bain & Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and government from the University of Texas and a master's in business administration from the University of Chicago.
