Diversified CPC International Recognizes NYSW with an Excellence in Partnership Award

CHANNAHON, Ill. — Diversified CPC International (DCPC), a producer and distributor of propellants, refrigerants, and specialty gas products, has recognized The New York Susquehanna and Western Railway Corporation (NYSW) with an Excellence in Partnership award. NYSW is a regional railroad that has served DCPC’s plant in Sparta, N.J. for more than 30 years.
DCPC chose to recognize NYSW based on the provider’s level of service, advocacy, and collaboration.
“Our customers rely on us to deliver products safely and on time, which requires us to engage exceptional providers throughout the supply chain. NYSW has consistently exceeded our expectations,” said Bill Frauenheim, vice president of operations for DCPC. "In addition to 100% first-mile/last-mile service performance, they leveraged their relationships with connecting railroads to advocate on our behalf and dedicated resources to help us optimally manage inbound materials. This past year has brought about unique situations for supply chains in nearly every industry. NYSW worked in step with us to navigate logistical challenges with an approach that epitomized collaboration and partnership.”
The award was presented to NYSW during a private event in Lafayette, N.J.
