American Refrigeration Company Acquires Capitol Engineering Co.
Acquisition enhances regional HVAC service and maintenance capabilities
WILMINGTON, Mass. — American Refrigeration Company (ARC) announced it has acquired Capitol Engineering Co. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
