With a range of up to 200 feet, the sensors monitor temperature, humidity, occupancy, and motion to balance hot and cold spots in a home. The sensors signal to the thermostat when a room becomes occupied and can automatically adjust the temperature based on user preferences and pre-set schedule. It can be connected to up to 20 smart room sensors. Featuring a full-color touch display, this product allows for full on-device setup and Wi-Fi connection using intuitive gesture controls, such as tapping and swiping. It also makes use of the same standard wall plate as the remainder of Honeywell Home T-Series thermostats. This product offers simple scheduling, geofencing, and demand response programs that may qualify for utility rebates.
