CHESAPEAKE, Va. — Controlled Conditions Corp. announced it has acquired property in the Greenwood Industrial Park section of Portsmouth, Virginia, and will be consolidating and relocating its headquarters to this complex.
Phillip C. Jones, president of PECT Enterprises Corp., parent company of Controlled Conditions, said that over the course of this year, all functional and administrative operations for each of the operating groups will be relocating to a complex on six-plus acres of the Greenwood Industrial Park. The company is currently headquartered in Chesapeake, Virginia, with several ancillary facilities in Newport News, Virginia. PECT Enterprises Corp. is made up of Controlled Conditions as well as its sister companies Commonwealth Property Services, Diamond Contracting, SVS LLC, and several other smaller entities. Controlled Conditions is the flagship operating company within the corporation and provides HVAC and refrigeration services to large commercial and industrial clients along with many city, state, and federal facilities.
