First of Two New Locations in Florida for York, Guardian, and Source 1 Products
MILWAUKEE — Johnson Controls announced that it will celebrate the grand opening of its newest Source 1 HVAC Supply Center in Tampa, Florida, on Dec. 10. Contractors are invited to attend the grand opening at 3409 Cragmont Drive from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. for live product displays, interactive demos, and the opportunity to talk with vendors and representatives from Johnson Controls Unitary Products Group. The event will also include lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., special $1 pricing on tools, equipment specials, and the chance to win a Guardian system, LED TV and Tampa Bay Lightning hockey tickets. In addition, contractors will get a first glimpse at rebates, sales, and promotions being launched to celebrate the new store opening.
The first of two new locations opening in Florida, the supply center will handle York, Guardian, and Source 1 products. Source 1 is the exclusive supplier of factory authorized service parts and residential accessories for all Johnson Controls Unitary Products residential and light commercial HVAC equipment. The store will also offer a variety of universal HVAC parts, supplies, and accessories from many manufacturers.
“Contractors who visit the store will quickly recognize the benefits a one-stop supply house offers them,” said Cliff Albers, Johnson Controls regional operations manager. “We’ve identified everything a contractor needs to complete a job — equipment, test instruments, tools, and supplies — and brought them together in a single, convenient location, which is close to where our contractors work. The result is valuable time savings for contractors, which translates to increased productivity and profitability.”
The supply center also gives contractors the opportunity to tap into local training programs and the technical expertise of store employees.
