CAMARILLO, Calif. — HVAC contractor Pacific Aire has hired industry-training expert Lawrence Castillo as the first general manager in the company’s 23 year history.

“Lawrence has proven to be the best trainer in the heating and air conditioning industry and we’re fortunate to now have him leading our team,” said Pacific Aire’s owner, Mark Schneider. “This move (to hire a general manager) is demonstrating our commitment to the future of our company and all of our clients.”

Castillo said, “I’ve had a tremendous amount of respect for Mark over the years, but we never really knew each other. Recently, we met and quickly realized that by putting our talents and experience together we could make a difference with customers, employees, and within the industry.”
