The EcoCoil® 401 is a condensate drain-pan tablet. It is formulated with ingredients that effectively clean and prevent untreated condensate pans that suffer from buildup of sludge, scum, and other accumulations. The product totally eliminates the extra maintenance costs associated with odors, plugged drains, and overflows, said the company. The product is extremely easy to use, safe, noncorrosive, nontoxic, and biodegradable, and is completely soluble in water and does not form any deposits in the pan or drain. If the pan is noticeably fouled, it can be cleaned by using two or more EcoCoil 401 drain-pan tablets per ton of system capacity. For subsequent treatment or clean condensate pans, use one tablet per ton each month. Position the tablets away from the drain and where they will achieve maximum contact with dripping condensate to ensure more complete cleaning action and treatment. One bottle contains 20 tablets.
