Emerson announced that the new GO real-time 4G/5G tracker was selected as one of the Top Innovative Products of 2022 at the THAIFEX Anuga Asia trade show.
On Sunday night, Brent Schroeder, group president of heating and air conditioning at Emerson, raised a toast to the 100th anniversary of the Copeland brand at the Emerson annual pre-AHR Expo party at Brooklyn Bowl.
Emerson’s AHR booth showcased its solutions and award-winning products in the areas of human comfort, cold chain, professional tools, and building infrastructure. It also featured the company’s 2019 Innovation Award winning product in the Refrigeration category — the Copeland Scroll™ fractional-horsepower, low-temperature compressor.
The upgrades began in 2015 and have allowed the company to enhance its Copeland® compressor remanufacturing capabilities while strengthening its OEM manufacturing operations. Since 2013, Emerson has invested $13 million in the plant.
Ohio tops Emerson’s list with more than 1,400 certified technicians, a competitive median salary, almost 9,000 openings, and eight accredited trade schools. California comes in second overall but tops the list when it comes to number of open positions (22,000), certified technicians, and the highest hourly wages.
The extension of the Copeland Scroll K5 compressor offers facility operators a new solution to assist with meeting sustainability goals while helping to lower costs and boost energy efficiency.
