The field supervisor module for WorkTrack uses the RIM Blackberry personal digital assistant (PDA) to provide an administrative interface for field supervisors. Supervisors and foremen can log job and time information on behalf of field employees at remote sites, as well as manage the status of employees as they come on and off shifts or tasks. Also, foremen and supervisors can view the location of field workers equipped with a GPS telephone.
