Trevor May started in the HVAC industry several years ago as a technician on commercial systems.
“Growing up, my father was a union plumber, so I have always been exposed to the trades from a young age. The real moment where I began my interest in this industry has to be at a summer job I had right out of high school. I worked at a local ice skating rink that had a large Carrier chiller. I remember first seeing all of the controls and mechanical components on that system and wanted to know how it worked. That next week, I enrolled in trade school and found myself really enjoying learning how to work on and troubleshoot these systems. My favorite part about this industry is that no day is the same, and there is always something new to learn,” Trevor said.
