Course Description: The Copeland Technical Specialist Program is a five-stage program designed to establish Copeland product experts within wholesale branches to better serve contractor customers. The new five-stage program requires candidates to pass an online Fundamentals of Refrigeration course and pass a prequalification exam. Candidates must already have attended a Compressor Operation and Service Seminar program. They will attend a weeklong Copeland Technical Specialist Class at the company training center in Sidney, Ohio, and also attend monthly continuing education WebEx™ meetings following graduation.
