Two products have been added to the company's family of electro-optic liquid level sensors. The company said these sensors can be used in applications such as radiators and fluid overflow containers, HVAC and refrigeration systems, and coolant reservoirs. The plastic ELS-900 Series features an overall length under 1.3 inches, handles pressures to 250 psi, and operates in temperatures from -40° to 257°F. ELS-900 sensors are available in 5-V and 12-V models. The alloy ELS-1150 features a stainless/carbon steel-fused glass prism design to handle pressures to 2,500 psi; it is less than 1.4 inches long. The ELS-1150 sensors are designed to perform in fluid temperatures to 212°.
