The high-efficiency air conditioner RAPB Classic® condensing unit can achieve coil-only and system efficiency ratings of up to 16 SEER. It replaces the RAPA Classic® 14-SEER condensing unit. According to the manufacturer, these coil-only ratings provide contractors with a selling tool when discussing heating and cooling options with customers. The RAPB condensers are available in nominal sizes of 2 to 5 tons. Standard features include a scroll compressor, liquid line filter-drier, low-pressure control, hard-start components, compressor time delay control, and a 10-year compressor warranty.
