With the patented Forearm Forklift™ two people can more easily carry heavy, bulky objects over curbs, roofs, ramps, and other places a dolly won’t go, the company says. The device consists of two straps made of high-strength polypropylene webbing rated at 1,830 lbs each. The principle behind the tool is leverage; it creates an opposing vertical weight component that makes the load carried feel like only one-third of its weight, says the company. According to the manufacturer, it is OSHA accepted to reduce back injuries due to heavy lifting.
