Carmichael, Flame, and Schaafsma Win Bryant Medal of Excellence Awards

The Award Recognizes Bryant Dealers That Do ‘Whatever It Takes’ to Improve Their Business

MUSKEGON, WARREN, and GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Carmichael Heating & Air Conditioning, Muskegon, Michigan; Flame Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical, Warren, Michigan; and Schaafsma Heating & Cooling, Grand Rapids, Michigan, have all been honored with the Bryant Medal of Excellence (MOE) award.

The MOE award is a business enrichment program specifically designed to recognize Bryant dealers that do “whatever it takes” to improve their business. The decision to honor a dealer with the MOE distinction is based on their sales growth, product mix, and customer satisfaction. Additional criteria such as their dealer program utilization and the company’s self-assessment are also taken into consideration.

Carmichael Heating & Air Conditioning was recognized with a Tier 1 MOE award. This is the third consecutive year that the firm has received the award.

Flame Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical was awarded a Tier 3 MOE award at the annual Bryant dealer meeting. This is the fifth year that the company has received an MOE award.
