• Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) named Greg Sizemore vice president of environment, health, safety, and workforce development.

• ASHRAE (Atlanta) recently published “Geothermal Heating and Cooling: Design of Ground-Source Heat Pump Systems (GSHP),” a complete revision of the organization’s previous book, “Ground-Source Heat Pumps: Design of Geothermal Systems for Commercial and Institutional Buildings.”

• The Mechanical Contractors Association (MCA) of Houston donated $5,000 to the Mechanical Contracting Education & Research Foundation (MCERF).
