The Traceable® RTD Platinum thermometer reads degrees Fahrenheit or Celsius at the flick of a switch. The digital thermometer developed for lab and plant use is geared specifically for measuring temperatures in applications such as ovens, gas systems, water baths, incubators, chemical solutions, petroleum products, and extremely cold conditions. The 100-ohm four-wire probe is triple-purpose for liquids, air/gas, and semisolids. The resolution is 0.01° below 200° and 0.1° above 200°. The accuracy is ± (0.1 percent + 0.2°C) below 200°C and ± (0.15 percent + 0.5°C) above 200°C. The hold button freezes the display for reading later. Fail-safe display shows low-battery and probe condition. Jumbo, 1/2-inch-high digits and bright, high-contrast LCD make the thermometer easy to read. Computer output allows the thermometer to be connected to a computer or data logger for capturing and storing results. To ensure accuracy, an individually serial-numbered Traceable® Certificate is provided from the manufacturer’s ISO 17025 calibration laboratory accredited by A2LA indicating traceability to standards provided by the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
